Suntory Beverage & Food Spain (SBFS) is implementing a new work philosophy based on the flexibility of a hybrid telework model: three days at home and two at the office. “It has been more than demonstrated that employees are responsible with their obligations and we see no objection to not maintaining this hybrid form of work,” says Francisco Torrecuadrada, Director of People and Culture at Suntory Beverage & Food Iberia.
Although it is a flexible model, employees can choose to go to the office for two, three, four or five days. The establishment of ‘core’ schedules facilitates personal organization, including the disconnection and rest of all employees outside their working hours.
