The mayor of Medellín, Daniel Quintero Calle, asked Migración Colombia to expel the Dutch foreigner Patrick Slurick, who was seen last Friday “walking” on a leash a woman in lingerie through the Provenza neighborhood, pink zone of El Poblado.
Slurick was denounced by residents of the sector when they saw him walking with Alejandra Torres, a ‘webcammer’ who wore lingerie and a necklace with a strap with which he “walked” her.
The couple was recorded by a photographer hired by the citizen of the Netherlands in order to publish it on social networks.
In statements delivered together with the Secretary of Security and Coexistence of Medellín, Daniel Quintero said that “We are asking Migración Colombia to expel the Dutchman who came to damage the image of Medellín, the women of the city respect each other. That person does not do the country good, that is not the fame we want for the city, “he said.

Quintero explained that the Mayor’s Office has paid great attention to Lleras Park, because it has been a focus of illicit activities such as human trafficking, prostitution and the abuse of minors. For this reason, measures such as a curfew for minors have been taken.
The park will receive an investment of more than 12,000 million pesos that, according to the mayor, will contribute to a great transformation and will resinify the space with the help of merchants in the sector.
The act starring Patrick Slurick and Alejandra Torres has caused so much indignation that the Vice President and Chancellor, Marta Lucía Ramírez, and the Presidential Counselor for Women’s Equity, Gheidy Gallo Santos, expressed their rejection and requested the Attorney General’s Office open a criminal investigation against the foreigner from the Netherlands.
