A total of 1,625,130 doses of the Pfizer vaccine against him coronavirus, arrived in Argentina during the week within the framework of the Strategic Plan deployed by the national government to combat covid-19, will be distributed between Tuesday and Wednesday throughout the country.

Those vaccines will be designed to immunize the adolescents between 12 and 17 years old, as reported by the Government.

On Wednesday 848,250 units had arrived at the Ezeiza International Airport and on Thursday 776,880 did, to continue with the immunization from teenagers from 12 to 17 years old.

In this way, “before the end of the year, everyone will be protected so that young people can continue to recover activities in a careful way, after the enormous effort they made during the pandemic,” said the Minister of Health, Carla Vizzotti.

The vaccines from that laboratory will continue to arrive until the end of the year to complete the 20 million doses according to the signed contract, he recalled the official report.

According to the criteria established by el Ministry of Health of the NationBased on the population of each district, the province of Buenos Aires will have 628,290 doses; to the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires 108,810; to Catamarca 15,210; to Chaco 43,290; to Chubut 22,230; to Córdoba 134,550; to Corrientes 39,780; to Entre Ríos 49,140; and Formosa 22,230.

Meanwhile, the province of Jujuy will have 28,080 doses; to La Pampa 12,870; to La Rioja 14,040; to Mendoza 71,370; to Missions 45,630; to Neuquén 23,400; to Río Negro 26,910; to Salta 51,480; to San Juan 28,080; to San Luis 18,720; to Santa Cruz 12,870; to Santa Fe 126,360; to Santiago del Estero 35,100; to Tierra del Fuego 5,850 and to Tucumán 60,840.

According to him Public Vaccination MonitorUntil Saturday, 60,347,704 doses were distributed throughout the territory, while those applied total 53,949,420.

Of this total, 30,164,710 people were inoculated with the first dose and 23,784,710 have the complete immunization schedule.
